Lisa Greco, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of Human Resources & Administration at Schlitz Audubon Nature Center, where responsibilities include overseeing all human resource programs and talent management processes. Previously, Lisa held roles such as Development & Operations Manager at Milwaukee Riverkeeper, focusing on operational and financial management, and Development Database Manager positions at both the Women's Fund of Greater Milwaukee and Sojourner Family Peace Center, handling donor stewardship and data management. Additional experience includes serving as Development Coordinator/Donor Researcher at Schlitz Audubon Nature Center and a long tenure in administrative and IT roles at Social Development Commission, DCI Marketing, and Sovran Financial Corporation. Lisa holds a B.S. in Linguistics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has a diverse background in human resources, operations management, and donor relations.
