Maximilian Thoma has significant experience in engineering roles, currently serving as a Test Engineer at Schleifring GmbH since September 2021, where responsibilities include product qualification, testing planning, functional analyses, test concept creation, test automation with Python, and development of testing equipment. Prior to this, Maximilian worked at EDAG Group as a Versuchstechniker from September 2018 to September 2021, overseeing project management, customer support for renowned OEMs, and test automation. Earlier experience at WFK Hartung GmbH as a Technischer Modellbauer/Werkzeugmacher involved planning and organizing manufacturing capacities and creating production-focused designs. Academically, Maximilian is pursuing a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, having previously earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Information Engineering and another in Mechanical Engineering from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.
