Muskaan Bhardwaj is currently serving as a Personal Care Aide at Schlegel Villages since February 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Airblack and as a Human Resources Trainee at Fortis Healthcare, where responsibilities encompassed managing nursing interview prerequisites, employee agreements, HR meetings, official event leadership, and payroll assistance. In addition, Muskaan contributed as an Education Mentor at RoundGlass Foundation, focusing on environmental education and animal care in villages, and as a Summer Intern at the Ministry of Women and Child Development, providing support during Parliamentary sessions on child welfare. Muskaan holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Chitkara University, a Post-Degree Certificate in Human Resources Management from York University, and is pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Marketing at Humber College. A Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology was obtained from St. Bede's College, Shimla.
