Betsey Perlmutter is currently the Vice President at Schirmer Theatrical, part of Wise Music Group, where responsibilities include leading international rights development for various productions. Prior experiences encompass roles as Curator of Performing Arts at Wave Hill and as a Producer & Artistic Planning Consultant for the New York Philharmonic, where Betsey managed the expansion of non-traditional and multi-disciplinary concert programming. Additional positions include Assistant Manager of Public Programs at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center, Booking Agent at Columbia Artists Management Inc., and Manager of Administration and Organizational Outreach at the American Music Center. Betsey holds a B.A. in Music and Theatre from The George Washington University and has furthered education at the Accademia dell'Arte.
