Janine Schwabe-Häder possesses extensive experience in leadership and management roles within the elevator and escalator industry, currently serving as the Chair of the Management Board and Field Operations Director at Schindler Österreich since January 2021. Prior to this, Janine held various positions at Schindler Aufzüge und Fahrtreppen GmbH from August 2012 to December 2020, including Regional Leader for the South and Head of Existing Installation Management. Janine's earlier career includes roles in marketing and project management at organizations such as DENZEL Autoimport GmbH and battenfeld-cincinnati Austria GmbH, as well as internships at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Erste Bank. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Strategy, Innovation and Management Control from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and Bachelor's degrees in International Business and Engineering and Business Administration from Fachhochschule Technikum Wien and WU respectively.
