Mostafa Abdellatif has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Mostafa started their career as an Accountant at the Ministry of Electricity & Energy in Cairo, Egypt in 2002. Mostafa later worked as a Cost & Chief Accountant at Arab Poultry Breeding & Production Co. in Sharjah, UAE from 2004 to 2007. Abdellatif then joined Schlumberger as a Senior Accountant in Abu Dhabi/UAE from 2007 to 2009.

In 2009, Abdellatif began working at Schindler Group, starting as a Senior Accountant and gradually progressing to more senior roles. Mostafa served as a Financial Controller in the UAE and a SAP Reinforcement Project Manager in Saudi Arabia. From 2013 to 2016, Abdellatif held the position of CFO for Schindler UAE, where they managed day-to-day finance operations, implemented controls, and prepared management reports.

Abdellatif's most recent role was as Head of Finance shared service/SAP process - MENA Hub for Schindler Group from October 2016 until present. In this role, they provided leadership and developed new processes, reporting packs, and training programs. Mostafa also worked closely with senior management to align financial KPIs with regional and group objectives.

Throughout their career, Abdellatif has demonstrated strong financial acumen, process improvement capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Mostafa Abdellatif obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Cairo University in the years 1996 to 2000. Mostafa also received a certification in Cisco Certified Network Association (CCNA) from the Cisco Networking Academy in 2001. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Commerce certification from Cairo University, obtained in June 1996.
