Bill Brown is an experienced operations manager currently serving as the Area Operations Manager at Scherzinger Pest Control since August 2018. Previously, Bill held several roles at American Modern Insurance Group from May 2003 to September 2016, including Customer Service Manager for Personal Lines, where oversight included a team of 60 associates and the development of a dedicated sales team that achieved a consistent sales close ratio above 40%. Bill also served as Customer Service & OCR Manager in the Financial Institutions Division, leading over 75 professionals in the lender placed insurance sector, and was responsible for performance management as a Customer Service Supervisor.
