Franca Martino-Starvaggi has extensive experience in social work, currently serving as the Director of Social Work at Schervier Rehabilitation and Nursing Center since July 2017. Previously, Franca worked at Montefiore Medical Center from May 1987 to November 2018, contributing to the Social Work Department. Prior roles include Director of Social Work and Clinical Social Worker at Schervier Nursing Care Center, and social work services at Bon Secours Health System. Franca holds a Master's degree in Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English from Iona University.
