Michelle Peterson has extensive experience in business development and marketing across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Scherrer Construction since September 2024, Michelle focuses on attracting private and public sector markets. Previous roles include Director of Business Development at Engberg Anderson Architects and Manager of Business Development at Harwood Engineering Consultants, where expertise in collaboration and strategic growth was demonstrated. Michelle also held positions such as Marketing Director at Ruekert/Mielke and Guardian Credit Union, and Marketing Consultant at The Redmond Company.
