Peter Groll has been serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Managing Director of Schenck Process Europe GmbH since 2018, following an extensive tenure at Schenck Process that began in 2000. During that period, Peter Groll held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Cement Global, Vice President of Global R&D, Vice President of Transport & Automation, and Business Unit Manager for Transport & Logistics. Prior to this, Peter Groll gained experience as a Product Manager from 1995 to 1999 and as Head of Sensor Development at Carl Schenck AG from 1989 to 1995. Peter Groll earned a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering and Control Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt, where studies occurred from September 1983 to June 1989.
