Additionally, Andrew serves as Chair of Trustees for King Lear Arts, promoting creative arts participation among older individuals through initiatives like the King Lear Prizes. Previously, Andrew held the position of Chief Of Staff for the Mayor of the West Midlands, managing priorities for a metropolitan area of three million people and advocating for increased federal funding for transportation projects. Earlier consulting experience includes roles at The Boston Consulting Group and the Cabinet Office in the UK Government.
