Daniel Lin started their work experience in 2012 as an Intern at Pearson Foundation, where they were the Lead Artist and Programmer for educational math and English games. Daniel then went on to work as a Game Design Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University Entertainment Technology Center, where they updated the website and graded assignments. Daniel also served as a Building Virtual Worlds Pipeline Teaching Assistant, assisting students with various computer platforms and version control software. In 2013, Daniel became a Co-Founder and Indie Game Developer at Ludoko Studios, LLC. Later that year, they joined Schell Games as a Senior Artist, a position they currently hold.
Daniel Lin completed their education at three different institutions. From 2011 to 2013, they attended Carnegie Mellon University, where they pursued a Masters in Entertainment Design, specializing in the field of study. Prior to that, between 2007 and 2011, Daniel attended Rutgers University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science. During the same time period at Rutgers, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Visual Arts.
