Jappe Pollentier has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Co-Founder and CPO at Schedult since May 2019. Prior to that, they co-founded ThaiTech in July 2018, which aimed to bring the Thai technology and start-up community together. Jappe was also a co-founder and COO at OCTOTRIP, an all-in-one application for unmanaged business travelers. Jappe has experience as a technology journalist at Bloovi and worked as a freelance journalist at StampMedia. Jappe was a founding board member at Vlajo Alumni, a Belgian network for JA Alumni Europe. Additionally, Jappe worked as a commercial advisor for The Phone House Telecom GmbH and founded and served as the commercial director of ePlugs, a company that focused on innovative earplugs design. Their work experience demonstrates a background in technology, start-ups, journalism, and entrepreneurship.

Jappe Pollentier attended Sint-leocollege from 2006 to 2011, where they graduated with a High School degree in Economics and Languages. Later, in 2013, they briefly studied Marketing and Sales Management at VIVES Kortrijk but dropped out in 2014.
