Kristel Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kristel started their career in 2010 as an Assistant Scrum Master at Three Wise Men Inc., where they managed a mobile product development team in an agile environment. In 2015, they joined iQor as a Project Administrator, leading Six Sigma projects and managing cross-functional team communication for successful product delivery. From 2016 to 2019, Kristel worked at York University, serving as the Bilingual Project Manager and Executive Assistant to the Principal. In this role, they managed multiple projects, assisted with public messaging, and developed strategies to support the university's goals. Currently, since May 2019, Kristel is working as the Business Development and Sales Lead at Schedulock.
Kristel Lee has a diverse education history. Kristel began their studies at the University of Waterloo in 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Resource Management. Kristel completed their undergraduate studies in 2014.

In December 2014, they earned the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certification from the Project Management Institute. In April 2018, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.
