Mary Kay Hamilton is the managing partner at Schedulewise and has over fifteen years of experience in the medical field. Mary started their career at DaVita, where they worked their way up from Interim Regional Operations Director to International Director of Clinical Services. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of nurses and clinical trainers to provide support, education, and audits to dialysis clinics across Arizona.

In October 2005, Mary Kay became the Director of Clinical Services at DaVita. In this role, they were responsible for developing and leading new hire orientation and training programs, as well as presenting updates at monthly meetings with physicians, directors, and administrators. Mary also worked with clinical services specialists to analyze clinical outcome trends and develop processes to help centers meet their goals.

In their current role as managing partner at Schedulewise, Mary Kay is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations. Mary works closely with the team to ensure that all clients receive the highest quality of service and that all employees are trained and knowledgeable in the latest scheduling software.

Mary Kay Hamilton has a Master's Degree in Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University, a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Arizona State University, and an Associates Degree in Nursing from Brainerd Community College.
