Victor A. Vasquez Peña is an accomplished technology consultant with extensive experience in web solutions and information systems. Currently serving as a Senior IT Consultant at Scharff since April 2019, Victor has also held the position of Leader of Web & Legacy Solutions at Grupo Scharff since February 2003. As a former faculty member at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias e Informatica, Victor taught undergraduate and graduate courses in algorithm design and management information systems from October 2010 to September 2016. Early in Victor’s career, notable contributions included web development for Centro de Informatica de San Marcos. Victor holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and a diploma in Cloud Business Solutions from Microsoft Mexico.
