Raúl Alcalde has a diverse work experience. Raúl served as the CEO of Scharff, a logistics solutions company, from 2016 onwards. During their tenure, Scharff represented FedEx in both Peru and Bolivia. Raúl also founded and served as the Executive President of Packto, an organization focused on replacing single-use plastic, in 2021. Furthermore, they were a founding partner and director at Mambo since 2011.

Raúl Alcalde attended Pacífico Business School from 2007 until 2011. During this time, they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, ultimately earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
