Jina Duncan has extensive experience in property management and administrative support, currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Schaper Company since May 2016, where responsibilities include marketing, company apparel, and website management. Prior roles include Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager at Essex Property Trust, where Jina managed mid-sized communities and tenant relations during mergers and renovations. Additional experience includes positions in leasing and homeowners association management across various property management firms.
