Karim Bourame has significant experience in sales and team management, currently serving as an Area Sales Manager at Schaerer Ltd since September 2017. Prior to this role, Karim was a Team Leader in the Complaint Department at Salt Mobile SA from September 2014 to September 2017, where responsibilities included managing a team of 26 agents, handling escalation cases from the Management Board and Direct Partners, addressing Ombudscom cases, and conducting upskill training for new agents. Karim completed education at Commercial School La Neuveville in 1997.
