Kate Higdon is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Principal Analytical Engineer at Schaeffler since January 2018, after holding the position of Senior Analytical Engineer within the Schaeffler Group since August 2000. In these roles, Kate focuses on the analysis of automotive engine components, with expertise in valvetrain, chain-drive, front-end accessory drive, and MultiAir systems. Previously, Kate worked as an Analytical Engineer at GE Healthcare from 1998 to 2000, where responsibilities included thermal-structural analysis and testing of x-ray tubes for CT machines.
