James Kleinke has extensive experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on global agriculture. James served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Schaefer Ventilation Equipment from October 2015 to the present. Prior to that, they held the role of RSM (Regional Sales Manager) at G&K Services from 2002 to 2007.

James Kleinke attended Luverne High School from 1976 to 1979. James then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Managerial Economics at the University of Minnesota Morris from 1979 to 1983.
