Pattarin Pensiri has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Assistant Manager - HRBP International Business at SCG INTERNATIONAL since January 2023. Prior to this role, Pattarin worked at SCG from July 2018 to August 2023 as a Human Resources Business Partner, managing daily HR activities and ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws. Pattarin's earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Cementhai Ceramics Co. Ltd. from August 2014 to June 2018, focusing on recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and performance appraisal.
