Prior to this role, Natalie was the Manager of Brand & Attraction at Alexander Mann Solutions, where efforts focused on enhancing employer brand and recruitment marketing. Experience also includes serving as the Talent Acquisition Strategic Market Director at TAMS Group, where innovative strategies were developed, and as Program/Project Manager at Landmark Health, ensuring timely project execution. Previous positions include Vice President of Client Engagement at endevis and Vice President & Talent Strategist at NAS Recruitment Innovation, where Natalie contributed significantly to talent acquisition strategies and process improvements. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Bowling Green State University.
