Lucy Romain has extensive experience in customer service and management within the music industry. Currently, Lucy serves as a Customer Service Representative at Scentre Group, the owner and operator of Westfield in Australia and New Zealand, since September 2022. From February 2010 to the present, Lucy has held management positions at both Prestige Woodwind & Brass Repairs and Prestige Musical Instruments, where leadership and operational oversight have been key responsibilities. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Music in Performance and a Bachelor of Teaching in Music, both from UWS Nepean, completed in 2000 and 2005, respectively.
