Natalie Sherratt has extensive experience in the IT field, working for SCC since November 2005. Natalie currently holds the position of Chief Information Officer and has previously held titles such as IT Director, Head of Customer Services - Public and Industrial, and Customer Manager. From September 2016 to March 2021, Natalie was the Head of ServiceNow and Telephony Systems, where Natalie was responsible for SCC's in-house ServiceNow practice and integration services between ServiceNow and Avaya telephony. Prior to SCC, Natalie worked at Star Internet as a Provisioning Manager from September 2000 to September 2005.
