Nadya Amalia Putri currently serves as the National Beauty Advisor Manager at Scarlett Indonesia since September 2023, where responsibilities include planning and executing the frontliner development program to optimize team productivity and budget adherence. Previously, Nadya held various positions at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk from October 2018 to July 2023, culminating as Area Operations Manager overseeing the daily operations of 90-100 stores and managing a substantial team. Earlier experience includes serving as Area Operations Coordinator and participating in the Operations Management Trainee Program. Nadya also interned at Paragon Technology and Innovation, where insights were gained into market research for cosmetic products. Nadya holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Universitas Padjadjaran and completed secondary education in Social Sciences at SMA Negeri 2 Bogor.
