Dan Brecher is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Counsel and Chair of the Securities and Investment Banking Group at Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC since January 2011. Prior to this role, Dan Brecher operated a private practice at the Law Offices of Dan Brecher from 1992 to 2010 and was a Partner and Head of Securities and Investment Banking at Bower and Gardner from 1987 to 1992. Dan Brecher holds a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law, obtained between 1965 and 1969, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The City College of New York, completed from 1958 to 1964.
