Abbey Black has extensive experience in donor relations and stewardship. Abbey is currently the Director of Stewardship & Donor Engagement at Scarborough Health Network Foundation. Prior to this, they worked at York University as a Manager of Donor Relations, a Donor Relations Officer, and a Donor Relations Coordinator. Abbey also served as a Stewardship Coordinator at York University Foundation. Earlier in their career, they worked at Argos Foundation as the Huddle Up Program and Volunteer Coordinator.
Abbey Black completed their education at two different colleges. From 2003 to 2006, they attended Humber College, where they focused their studies on Business Management. Afterward, they enrolled at Georgian College in 2006, where they earned a Post Graduate Certificate in Fundraising and Resource Development, finishing their studies in 2007.
