Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering, innovation, and blockchain solutions. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha provides training and mentorship to support innovation projects across various sectors. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Micha has held several key roles, including Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, contributing to advancements in decentralized finance. Previous positions include Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, CTO at Share&Charge, and advisory roles at IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io. Micha holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional qualifications from prestigious institutions, including a Fintech program at MIT.
