Jan McDavid is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Interim General Counsel and General Counsel at Verisma since October 2018. Prior roles include General Counsel at ScanSTAT Technologies and a significant tenure as General Counsel at Ciox Health from June 1998 to September 2016, where Jan supervised a team of four attorneys and compliance staff for a $600 million company while maintaining a national role as a HIPAA expert. Jan holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State University.
