Justin Olashuk is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as Development Manager at Scannell Properties since March 2022, Justin has previously held the role of Project Manager and Project Engineer at American Structurepoint, Inc., where responsibilities included developing construction documents and managing stormwater plans. Earlier experience includes a position as Civil Design Associate at Cripe Architects + Engineers, creating construction documents with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, where studies were completed in December 2013. Additional internships provided insight into construction compliance and environmental regulations, further enhancing Justin's expertise in the field.
