Charles Ferguson is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and property management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Designated Broker at ScanlanKemperBard Companies since May 2014, Charles oversees a diverse portfolio of over 1.8 million square feet of mixed-use properties in Arizona. Prior roles include General Manager and Designated Broker at Macerich, where Charles managed a 1.2 million square foot enclosed shopping center, and positions as Senior Manager and Property Manager overseeing large shopping centers and office buildings. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Lake Forest College and has furthered education in International Business and Commercial Real Estate at the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, Charles is pursuing a Licentiate degree at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business Administration.
