Elma Basic has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Project Manager and formerly as a Project Engineer at Scania Group since January 2016. Prior experience includes a summer internship at Xylem Water Solutions Sweden in 2015, a study coaching role at My Academy in 2014, and a summer internship at Trafikverket where an analysis of Sweden's future transport system was conducted. Elma also worked as a confectioner at Bageriet Kringlan during the summers of 2011 and 2012. Elma Basic holds a Civilingenjörsexamen in Design and Product Development from KTH Royal Institute of Technology (2011-2016) and a Gymnasieexamen in Natural Science from Hersby gymnasium (2008-2011).
