Mae (Meghan) Roche began their career in 2011 as a Lead Customer Service Representative at Dead River Company. In 2016, they joined Forward Merch as Director of Touring, where they were responsible for maintaining both broad and specific knowledge to answer client questions, updating and maintaining Merchandising Road Managers contacts and location, overseeing and cataloging touring paperwork and templates, maintaining and presenting all ongoing and upcoming band itineraries in a database and Marketing Meetings, helping to formulate client pricing using the current profitability standards, and participating in product line development and print order placement. In addition, they were responsible for preparing a budget and stock projection, preparing a projection for anticipated initial print run including print date for best shipping rate, advancing all venues with hall contacts, reacting to existing inventory that can be sold on tour, and overseeing maintenance of on-going touring acts. Mae (Meghan) also held the role of Client Manager at Forward Merch, where they were responsible for direct client liaison, maintaining Square accounts and reconciling sales, preparations of artists current product lines, reacting to existing inventory that can be sold on tour, projections and advancing, maintaining profitability standards, coordinating with inside and outside production to schedule print runs, coordinating with In-house art staff and outside production on approval process, maintaining a list of individual names of potential road managers, coordinating with inside and outside production to schedule print runs, maintaining profitability standards, and reconciling final settlement. Finally, in 2022, Mae joined ScanForce as a Client Account Manager, where they were responsible for generating and following up on quotes to resellers/clients for software and hardware, maintaining activities, accounts and leads in CRM (Zoho), following up with resellers/clients on expiring software maintenance and support agreements, tracking client survey responses, performing tasks as assigned by the Senior Client Account Manager, providing accurate and timely communication to clients, leveraging client feedback and requests to inform on new product and feature development, meeting and/or exceeding goals including, but not limited to, revenue and client retention, gaining full competency in the ScanForce product and all current and future modules, and taking initiative to learn ScanForce and Sage 100 by utilizing the available software test environments to practice and experiment with different scenarios.
Mae (Meghan) Roche completed their high school education at Marshwood High School from 2000 to 2004, earning a High School Diploma in College Prep. Mae (Meghan) then attended York Country Community College from 2004 to 2005, studying Early Childhood Education and Teaching, but did not receive a degree. Finally, they obtained their Early Childhood Education degree from the University of Phoenix.
