Uffe Thrane serves as the Chief Process and Innovation Officer at Scandi Standard since April 2018 and is also the Director and Owner of Danish Meat Innovation, a consultancy focused on process innovation for the meat industry. Prior to these roles, Uffe held several positions including Director of Business Development at the Danish Meat Research Institute (DMRI), Global R&D and Business Development Director at LINCO Food Systems A/S, and General Manager of the Processing division at Lantmännen Danpo. Early career experiences include roles at DMRI as a Senior Management Consultant, Area Sales Manager at Univeyor A/S, and Purchasing Engineer at Aalborg Shipyard Offshore. Uffe holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Aalborg University and completed an executive program at Danish Industry.
