Pat Pruis began their career in 1983 as a Trainer for the Customer Service Department at GE Industrial Systems in Fort Wayne, IN. Pat then moved to the position of Customer Service Manager of a sales office in San Mateo, CA. After this, they returned to Indiana to become a Customer Service Rep for the motor division in Indianapolis. In 2003, they moved to SCAN, Inc. as the Administrator of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, benefits management, career development, and other HR duties. SCAN, Inc. currently has over 200 employees who serve 23 counties in and around northeast Indiana. In FY 2014, they served almost 5000 families in northeast Indiana through family services, education, and community partnerships.
Pat Pruis received a BA in Communication Arts & Sciences from DePauw University.
