Sanaya Lim-Heng has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in compliance and regulatory affairs. Sanaya is currently the Director of Medicare Compliance at SCAN since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Compliance at Optum from September 2021 to June 2023. Before that, they held various management positions at CalOptima, including Manager of Audit & Oversight, Manager of Regulatory Affairs & Compliance (Medicare), Manager of Regulatory Affairs (Medicare), OneCare Regulatory Manager, and Compliance Analyst. Their earliest work experience was at Easy Choice Health Plan, where they worked as a Compliance Project Manager II and Compliance Project Manager from 2008 to 2011.

Sanaya Lim-Heng earned a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from California State University, Long Beach, where they studied from 2008 to 2010.
