Pegah Esmaili is a Program Principal in Population Health at SCAN, beginning in October 2023. Previously, Pegah served as the Manager of Care Operations Therapy at Brightline, focusing on operational support and efficiency for therapy and psychiatry teams. Prior experience includes roles such as Clinical Operations Manager and Operations Associate at Mindstrong, where responsibilities included team management and operational workflows. As CEO and Founder of PEGACTIVE, dedicated to health and fitness, Pegah also held various instructor roles in indoor cycling and worked as a Sales Account Executive in the cosmetics industry, demonstrating strong skills in customer service and business strategy throughout the career.
