Meghana R. has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Starting in 2016 as a Budget Assistant at Preston Reservoir Adult Community Education, they prepared budgets, allocated funds, and generated forecasting information. In 2017, they worked as an Assistant Accountant at Mesh & Bar, where they processed payrolls, recorded transactions, and produced reports. In 2019, they became a Tax Accountant at Accutax Consulting, filing tax returns, managing tax data, and preparing accurate financial reports. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Finance at Scalpel since 2020, where they create business and revenue models, manages cashflows, and analyzes costs and profits for various projects. Meghana's work experience showcases their expertise in finance, accounting, and budgeting.

Meghana R. has a strong educational background in the field of Accounting and Finance. Meghana obtained their Master's degree from La Trobe University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Andhra University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Meghana also obtained certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2019, they completed the Accounting professional year program from Accountants Resource Centre.
