Marcin Stanisławski is the current Head of Sales for Poland at Scalo. Prior to this, they were the Vice President and Business Unit Director at Relyon IT Services Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. from July 2018 to February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for incorporating company procedures and policies in operations of the business unit, monitoring and reviewing project activities, and ensuring its completion within scheduled time and budget. Marcin was also responsible for managing business activities focusing on the financial and strategic growth of the organization, BU EBITDA, creating new business strategies, and monitoring QA and QC measures.
From July 2015 to June 2018, Marcin Stanisławski was the Head of Operations for the Managed Services Team Augmentation at intive - never settle. In this role, they were responsible for building a strong relationship with customers to maintain good revenue growth, managing start-up costs and finances of the business unit by efficient financial management, creating a harmonious working environment, training and mentoring staff, and motivating all team members to perform efficiently. Marcin also explored and analyzed market trends and identified new opportunities in the assigned region.
