Anne-Clémence Sire has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles.

Starting in 2003, they worked as a Psychologist at Hôpital du Vinatier. In 2004, they transitioned to becoming a Recruiter at Menway.

In 2005, they joined L'Oréal and took on various roles including HR Business Partner, Learning & Development Manager, Learning & Development Global Manager, HRIS Global Product Manager, Recruiter & Campus Manager, and HR Project Manager. During their time at L'Oréal, they focused on talent acquisition, onboarding, career development, HR policy implementation, and improving the learning and development practices and methods.

From 2015 to 2017, Anne-Clémence worked at Google as a Recruiter, specifically focusing on Latin America, Marketing, and Sales positions.

In 2020, they joined Malt as the Head of Talent Acquisition - RPO, where they were responsible for talent acquisition strategies and managing the recruitment process outsourcing function.

In 2021, they moved to Scalezia.co as an HR Expert.

Most recently, in 2017, Anne-Clémence joined The Great People Agency as an International Headhunter & HR Development Consultant - Director. In this role, they provided headhunting and HR consulting services, assisting companies in talent acquisition and supporting HR departments in their transformation to reach excellence. Anne-Clémence had expertise in various areas such as talent acquisition policies, performance evaluation, talent management policies, reward policies, HRIS, and reporting. Their functions included digital marketing, sales, marketing, communication, consulting, C-level positions, and global operations.

In 2022, they began working as a Recruiter at We look UP.

Anne-Clémence Sire's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Stanislas Cannes. Anne-Clémence completed their Baccalaureat L with a Mention Assez Bien, focusing on literature and languages. Their education continued at Ecole de Psychologues Praticiens, where they earned a Master RH & Psychology degree in Human Resources and Psychology from 2001 to 2006. Recently, in 2020 and 2021, they pursued further education at INTERNATIONAL MOZAIK, specializing in Executive Coaching.
