Paul Polizzotto has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. In 1989, they founded Property Prep, where they served as the CEO until 1999. Following that, they founded Adopt-A-Waterway in 1999 and acted as the President until 2002. In 2002, Polizzotto founded EcoMedia and served as the President until 2010 when the company merged with CBS, becoming CBS EcoMedia. Paul held the role of Founder and President until 2019. In 2009, they became a Senior Fellow and Inaugural Member of the Board of Advisors for the Brittingham Social Enterprise Lab at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. In 2016, they founded ScaleWith and assumed the position of Founder and CEO. Additionally, in 2020, Polizzotto joined the Advisory Board of the M.S. program in Entrepreneurship & Sustainable Innovation at Loyola Marymount University.
