Max Spector is an accomplished professional currently serving as Head of Growth at Scale AI since February 2025. Previously, Spector held the same title at Need from 2023 to January 2025, where responsibilities included leading global expansion and partnerships. Spector further contributed to Need as Head of Finance, overseeing finance and accounting across five international entities during critical funding stages, and as Head of Business Operations, managing the launch of strategic partnerships and various operational functions.
