Alexandria Fuertes is a seasoned professional with over seven years of experience in community management, customer experience, and business operations consulting. Currently serving as Community Manager at Scale AI since September 2024, Alexandria also runs Alexandria Fuertes Consulting, offering expertise as a Community Strategist, CX Architect, Marketing Multifunctionalist, and Business Ops Consultant. Previously held the role of Director of Community at Keepler, where Alexandria developed a thriving community of over 1,000 members. As the Head of Customer Experience and Community at Flare, Alexandria successfully launched the company’s first community, achieving significant growth in customer activation and satisfaction. Alexandria's earlier roles include successful sales development positions and support roles that emphasized operations and creative networking. A graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies, Alexandria is passionate about building vibrant communities and enhancing customer experiences through strategic and data-driven initiatives.
