Laura Alejandra Henao Lara has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2022. Laura Alejandra began their career in 2009 as an Auxiliary of Marketing at Proficol S.A. In 2010, they worked as an Orientator of Services and Emission of Actions at Banco Davivienda. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Mi Plata S.A. Compañía de Financiamiento in various roles, including Professional of Quality, Analyst of Information Security, and Consultant of Processes and Documentation. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Legal Representative and Administrator of Horizontal Property at Conjunto Residencial Santa María de la Esperanza, and from 2016 to 2020, they were the Administrator of Horizontal Property at Admejores S.A.S. and Pfizer. Currently, they work as a Sales Operations Analyst at Escala 24x7 Inc.

Laura Alejandra Henao Lara has a diverse educational background. From 2008 to 2012, they attended the Escuela de Logística del Ejercito Nacional, where they earned an Administration Logística degree in Gestión logística, de materiales y de la cadena de suministro. In 2012, they obtained a certification in Auditor Interno en ISO27001:2005 from SGS. From 2012 to 2014, they attended the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada, where they earned an Especialización en Gerencia de Comercio Internacional in Comercio Internacional.
