Jennifer Davidson, ASA, is a Principal at Scalar, an independent valuation firm specializing in tax, financial reporting, transaction advisory, and litigation services since April 2018. Prior to joining Scalar, Jennifer held various roles in prominent financial consulting firms, including Manager of Financial Advisory Services at RSM US LLP, Senior Vice President at Mesirow Financial Consulting, Senior Manager at KPMG, and Associate Director at Navigant Consulting. Jennifer's career began as a Financial Analyst at Houlihan Lokey and Spelling Entertainment Group, with earlier experience as an Experienced Senior Associate at Arthur Andersen & Co. Jennifer holds a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University and the SMU Cox School of Business, both from 1993 to 1997.
