Brian Wheeler, P.E. is an experienced engineer specializing in civil engineering with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida. Currently serving as an Engineer at Scalar Consulting Group Inc. since May 2017, Wheeler has previously worked as a Highway Engineer Intern at Lochrane Engineering and as an Engineering Intern at Inwood Consulting Engineers, where roadway plans and engineering designs were developed using Microstation/GEOPAK. Early in the career, Wheeler functioned as an Assistant PM Coordinator at the University of Central Florida, where responsibilities included coordinating project tasks and managing reports on work progress.
