Martín Quesada has extensive work experience in the field of DevOps and system administration. Martín started their career in 1999 as a Network Administrator at Grupo Impregilo S.p.A. Martín then worked as a Partner and Linux sysadmin at RedCel from 2002 to 2003. From 2004 to 2005, they served as a Linux System Administrator at Proyect One Internet Solution.

In 2005, Martín joined Idea Factory as a Senior Unix System Administrator, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of a CRM system, file QA scripts, and upgrades for a tickets system. Martín also managed networking and infrastructure, Linux administration for various distributions, server administration, MySQL administration, IPTables administration, backup administration, user account setup, switches and routers administration, as well as VPN links setup and maintenance. Martín served in this role until 2009.

Following their tenure at Idea Factory, Martín worked as a Senior Linux System Administrator at Apernet for a brief period in 2010. Later in 2010, they joined CMD - Grupo Clarín as a Senior Unix System Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for Nagios administration, AWS administration, automation server management, and other Unix system administration tasks. Martín later became the Unix Team Lead, overseeing the coordination of everyday tasks, infrastructure planning, Ansible implementation, datacenter servers reorganization, monitoring system upgrade, and the creation of a new backup schedule. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the DevOps Leader at CMD - Grupo Clarín, leading the DevOps group responsible for web operations.

From 2020 to 2021, Martín worked as a DevOps Engineer at HIPCAM Global. Martín then joined Scalable Path in 2021 as a DevOps Engineer Team Lead at GROKIT Data. In this role, they were responsible for various DevOps tasks including AWS administration and deployment, Kubernetes orchestration and implementation, Docker, infrastructure as code, technology research, AWS cost optimization, CI/CD pipeline building, system administration, and shell scripting. Martín also worked on defining environments and deployment strategies for an e-commerce website based on AWS EC2 and EKS. Martín continued working with Scalable Path until March 2023.

Most recently, since March 2023, Martín has been working as a Senior DevOps Manager at Parsable.

Martín Quesada pursued their education at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 1995 to 1997. During this time, they obtained a Bachiller Universitario en Cartografía degree, specializing in Geographic Information Science and Cartography. Furthermore, Martín Quesada has also obtained the EF SET English Certificate with a score of 75/100 (C2 Proficient) from the EF Standard English Test in June 2021.
