Tony Manthe has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to digital signage, video production, and technology solutions. Tony is currently working at Scala as a Sales & Solution Engineer. Prior to their current role, they worked at ONELAN for four years, where they held positions such as Product Manager and Senior Sales Engineer, specializing in digital signage software and hardware solutions. Before that, they worked at the Royal Shakespeare Company as a Video Manager, overseeing video and media production for online, broadcast, cinema, and digital signage distribution. Tony also has experience in account management and consultancy, having worked as an Account Manager at Allin Interactive and as a Media Consultant at Digital Signage & Video Design. Additionally, they worked at Carnival Cruise Line as a Project Manager, leading the video production team and managing media production projects for digital signage displays, IPTV systems, and broadcast platforms. Overall, Tony Manthe has a strong background in digital signage, video production, and technology solutions, with experience in sales, product management, technical support, and project management.

Tony Manthe attended Port Elizabeth Technikon from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a National Diploma in Graphic Design. In terms of additional certifications, they received the "(DCME) Digital Signage Content and Media Expert" certification from the Digital Signage Federation in May 2019. Tony also obtained the "(DSCE) Digital Signage Certified Expert" certification from the same institution in the same month and year. Furthermore, Tony received certifications in Automated External Defibrillation (AED) from Tutorcare Ltd in November 2018, Emergency First Aid at Work L3 (VTQ) from ProTrainings Europe Ltd in March 2019, and Emergency First Aid at Work from St John Ambulance in May 2016.
