Michał Ogrodnik is an experienced professional in automation and controls engineering, currently serving as the Manager of the OneView Team at SCADA International since September 2023. Prior to this role, Michał worked at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing from July 2015 to August 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the automation and process development for new assembly lines, specifically for the AAM Electric Drive Unit for Mercedes, and programming master PLC systems for production lines. Michał's earlier positions included Senior Controls Engineer and Controls Engineer at AAM, where significant contributions involved the implementation of assembly lines for the Jaguar I-Pace and extensive programming and commissioning duties. Previous experience includes roles at Mondelēz International and GM COMPEX, focusing on PLC programming and process optimization. Michał holds a Master’s degree in Automatics and Robotics and an Engineer's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, both from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
